ADOPT-A-FAMILY FOR THE HOLIDAYS
Fight 4 Cure Adopt-A-Family Program is only available for families of individuals affected by cancer who are currently in active treatment and who are located in close proximity of Fort Liberty military base. The purpose of this program is to provide assistance to families who may find it difficult while coping with a cancer diagnosis. When completing the online application, please focus on the needs of your child(ren), spouse (if applicable) and yourself. Please be advised that any expensive items listed may result in your application being placed to the side, and your family may not be selected to participate in the program. Attempts will be made to fulfill your wishes, so please be specific. You will be notified if your family has been adopted for the holidays.
Adopt-A-Family online application deadline is Friday, November 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). If you meet the eligibility requirements and wish to participate in this program, please click on the button below and complete the online application.
To be eligible for this program:
Patient must reside in the local surrounding area of Fort Liberty NC.
Patients must be U.S. Citizens or permanent residents in the U.S.
Patients must have a confirmed cancer diagnosis.
Must be in active treatment, all confirmed by the patient’s oncologist health care team.
