Partnership Guidelines

Partnerships are crucial to Fight 4 Cure Inc in our mission to “helping one individual at a time….fostering hope for individuals affected by cancer”. Fight 4 Cure Inc appreciates any and all donations from individuals and organizations/businesses. If you wish to use Fight 4 Cure Inc trademarked logo, tagline, you must sign a Cause Marketing Agreement. Each potential partner is requested to complete and submit a proposal describing the intended campaign. Fight 4 Cure Inc welcomes all organization’s/businesses (with the exception as outlined below) to inquire about creating a cause-related program with Fight 4 Cure Inc as the beneficiary.

Partnership Review Process:

The very first step in the process of exploring a partnership with Fight 4 Cure Inc is to submit a proposal for review. Please be advised that products that may cause further harm and/or linked to increase risk of cancer, programs that sexualize this ravaging disease, or make medical claims in any way will not be considered for partnership.

Partnership Requirements:

The use of Fight 4 Cure Inc’s Trademarks is prohibited unless there is a fully executed Cause Marketing Agreement. A fully executed Cause Marketing Agreement must be in place prior to the release of Fight 4 Cure Inc’s Trademarks.

Fight 4 Cure Inc requires that every product, brand, organization and/or business that displays the Fight 4 Cure Inc logo discloses the exact and full benefit to the nonprofit in plain and explicit language on all products. Fight 4 Cure Inc complies with North Carolina and Virginia Attorney General guidelines for cause marketing and charitable giving. Therefore, the amount of the purchase price that will benefit Fight 4 Cure Inc must be clearly stated. Fight 4 Cure Inc will not accept or approve any promotions or promotional materials that state “a portion of the proceeds” or other statements that will imply individuals affected by cancer will not totally benefit.

Promotions benefiting Fight 4 Cure Inc cannot include any products or packaging known to increase the risk of cancer or products that require a Proposition 65 warning per the state of California.

Due to our mission in providing the necessary assistance to individuals affected by cancer, we are unable to enter into partnerships with organizations and/or businesses with products tied to medical claims. Fight 4 Cure Inc will not endorse specific health products, herbal products, or treatment options during or prior to an individual starting cancer treatments.

Fight 4 Cure Inc will not partner with organizations and/or businesses that does not have health-focused products. Fight 4 Cure Inc will also not accept programs that sexualize cancer through words, images, campaign materials or products.

Fight 4 Cure Inc does not have the ability to sell or distribute products for our partners because we are not a commerce organization and/or business.

In order to partner with Fight 4 Cure Inc, companies must have been in operation for a minimum of 12 months.

As per the privacy policies, Fight 4 Cure Inc will not sell its mailing list and will not release its mailing list or email list to other organizations, businesses or individuals.

Fight 4 Cure Inc will not obtain a celebrity to serve as an ambassador.

Fight 4 Cure Inc Trademarks must be utilized in accordance with Fight 4 Cure Inc Brand Guidelines, which are provided upon execution of a formal agreement.
